"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Xi’an. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a Western visitor traveling in China, I especially appreciated how comfortable, safe, and welcomed they made me feel throughout my stay. Everyone was always willing to help, whether I had questions about the city, needed assistance with transportation, or simply wanted recommendations. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable at all times. The level of hospitality really stood out and made my visit to Xi’an even more enjoyable. I left with a great impression of both the hotel and the people who work there. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an."

"The hotel was amazing. I don' know what i was expecting but it wasn't this hotel. From the second we walked into the room the whole place came alive. The blinds automatically opened it was brilliant. The hotel was super clean the maids were really friendly, and the room itself was incredible. The size of the room was perfect, the bed was huge, we even had a seating area and a table which is always something that helps especially if you want to have snacks in the room. I liked the fact the shower and the toilet were separate. The Aircon worked really well. The complimentary water was brilliant and was replenished every single day without fail. The location was also just perfect, you are in the heart of it here but not to the extent of the muslim quarter. I could not recommend this hotel more and If i go back to Xi'an I will be staying here again. The breakfast was included in the rate and it was perfect. Such a diverse range of foods and fruits and drinks. Quick and easy check in and out."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is close to the Metro, restaurants and a lot of the sights. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, breakfasts were great."

"Amazing stay and we didn’t want for anything. Front desk staff, concierge, breakfast staff and lounge staff were all unbelievably friendly and exceptional service. The food in the lounge and breakfast was just awesome and plenty to choose from. Our room was superb and nothing was missing for a luxury stay even down to the bath salts. Highly recommended."
