"This was a fantastic hidden gem of a place.Out of all the places we stayed in China, this was the best. It was a home from home but with everÿthing thought of, to make it so easy accessing all the attractions. Joyce was a joy and so accommodating. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Rooms were beautiful and cleverly designed with every amenity. It was set in stunning scenery, huge windows looking out onto mountains. "The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...

They also provided valuable advice for our...

"Un excelente hotel, tiene buena ubicación,cerca a la avenida principal, habitaciones amplias, cuenta con lavadora ,el personal es muy amable y nos oriento con los tours"

The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us...
