Room desperately in need of refurbishment. Although I had read that the hotel had a lift, which was essential for my needs, there was no mention in the description that this room was stairs only access. "Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling . This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.) Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! "Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level.
