"Had a great 6 night stay here. Check in was very easy, key safe on the wall outside. As soon as we got inside the cottage, which had a lovely warm welcoming cosy feel to it. We loved all the little extra decorations scattered around. Well stocked with plates, glasses cutlery etc.. Even some extras that we didn't expect like the smoothie blender and spice rack. "Perfect location right on Sandbanks beach and easy to park. Can jump on the chain ferry just outside and walk along Studland beach too. Love the outside heated pool. We stayed in a budget double room which is great value. The room was clean and comfortable it just didn't have a view which was fine. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening which was very disappointing as the menu was nothing like what we had seen online. Breakfast was ok although items ran out fast and were not replaced very quickly."

"Our room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the breakfast was very monotonous and the coffee was terrible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At the weekend there was a large group of travellers in the bar and they were very rude to the staff. The atmosphere was very intimidating both for the staff and customers.Some of them were making racist comments. Their children were feral. We avoided the bar when they were present. Management should have done something."
