"The room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon. "
"Wonderful little place, from the moment we arrived Helga and Denys were so welcoming. Room was spotless and well appointed, water in fridge each day was a lovely touch. Breakfast, as many have said, was on a par with a 5* hotel. By far the best place we’ve stayed in Torquay. It’s a little way back, but #12 bus round corner and Torre station is a 2 minute walk, also one of the quietest places you’ll find. Would definitely return and recommend for anyone visiting Torquay 👍"
"Enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Waters very much. Lovely, clean and relaxing place. The Manager Raaj was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Harbour and beach that has all the amenities for a holiday. Will stay there again😊"
"Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for pleasant...
"First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. "
"Lovely hotel, nice sized room, nice sized bar with lounge area and pool table, central location close to town centre, harbour and pier, lovely indoor pool, staff really friendly and helpful, evening entertainment as well, really good value for money, i will book again at some point in the near future but will make sure im not staying right next to the lift as its noisy up until 12am and again from about 6am the following morning."
"Lovely stay, asked if we could swap rooms with the sea view and luckily there was one available and were offered one. Shops and town centre are 10/15 mins walks away and is convenient "
"Catherine was very friendly when she greeted us on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable.. Use of the fan provided in our room made a massive difference at night. Breakfast was made fresh and was excellent. Would definitely return and recommend "
"We stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . "
"Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. "
