"We stayed in Room 336 with balcony. Well appointed room. Very comfortable, facing the inner courtyard and peaceful. Room was well looked after, provision of tea, coffee and complimentary water. We didn’t realise the water was complimentary until we checked out, but lovely gesture. Loved the fragrance of the hotel as you walked in the main doors, immediately relaxing after a long flight. This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed.
