The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!

Sofitel London Heathrow
Room was dated, bed moved apart as soon as you sat on it. Although booked for 3 people we only had towels coffee etc for two. For the price we paid I thought it was not to the standard the price warranted.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Nice size room, bed was comfortable and bar / restaurant really nice. The bathroom was however really disappointing, the curtain around the shower didn’t keep the water in, and 2/3rds of the bathroom ended up wet after showering. Standing water across the bathroom floor which didn’t drain away so ...
