Was what we needed for a quick stay overnight, was a bit disappointed that check-in was 2pm but room not ready till 3 - the reason we booked this place was the early check in due to coming off 27 hrs of flying

Sofitel London Heathrow
Room was dated, bed moved apart as soon as you sat on it. Although booked for 3 people we only had towels coffee etc for two. For the price we paid I thought it was not to the standard the price warranted.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Location was very convenient. However, directional signage could be improved (signs directing travelers to the hotel from the airport roads, and navigating from T2 & T3). Also, guests should NOT be charged just for getting dropped off at the hotel to check in!
