"Pros: Check in and restaurant staff were excellent. This is a fair priced hotel within walking distance to Windsor Castle. Food in the restaurant was good although service was a little slow. Not many other restaurant options in the area. Breakfast buffet was good and well staffed. Cons: hotel is near Legoland and a lot of families with young children stay here. There is a foosball table in the restaurant and it is quite loud with kids playing in the evening when you’re trying to enjoy your...

"Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. "Very good"

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly"

"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"

"Love this hotel. Always book this hotel the night before departure from Heathrow. Catch the local U3 bus for free from hotel to Heathrow. Only 2 stop to Heathrow Comfortable room. Nice shower The chase makes it easy for a couple to share luggage space. Tea kettle in room"

"Staff"

"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"Amazing little place! Super value for money with a well stocked kitchen area and fresh eggs for breakfast."
