"Appreciated that staff could move us from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to some mobility issues I was having. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It would be great to add portable fans to rooms for hotter days. Great stay!"

"Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Adelaide Hotel. Although the hotel is a little tired, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were in room 11 a small double which, despite being compact, qhad everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and warm. We only had breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is approximately a 15 min walk up to the castle area. The best route was joining the Long Walk across the road through the iron...
"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "
