"A very nice looking hotel, garden area was well maintained, not impressed by quality of the food for the evening meal , think we arrived in the restaurant after a coach party had eaten , virtually nothing left . The poached fish ?? Was fish in breadcrumbs & deep fried i would guess , managed to get a spoonful of runner beans , and some potatoes (fried again ) but not chips . Managed last piece of sponge for dessert . Went out to eat on second night as coach party still at hotel . Checked out...

But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."

Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly."

"As Ibis restaurant was extremely busy, used sister hotel Novotel for dinner and breakfast. Both hotel staffs were professional, and on top of jobs. Ibis supplied request for soft pillows gave lovely sleep. Clean room. Excellent meals at affordable prices. "
