"I had a really unpleasant stay. The room was in terrible condition — the walls were covered with dark spots, and the bed linen was completely stained and full of lint. The shared bathroom didn’t have any clearly personal or clean towels, so it was impossible to know whether they had already been used by other guests. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended."

"Excellent location - literally a half block from the Hauptmarkt (location for the Christmas market). Check in was very efficient: staff was friendly and courteous- so helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and we were able to walk a few yards to the end of the pedestrian only zone to get a taxi. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good but not a typical German buffet of brotchen, meats, cheeses, pastries. You can order eggs to order and the service is decent. "
