The room we stayed was very modern, and seemed like it was renovated recently. The location is good due to the proximity to eating options and transportation. There is no reception and no clear instructions in the lobby how to reach the staff for questions. The online check-in is confusing since the system relied on emails.

Great alternative to hotel in Nuremberg

A fairly new and updated property with all the conveniences including digital keys for all doors, fast wifi, good controllable heating, dishwasher, large fridge, rain shower, balcony, laundry room for pay with an app. Bedding for the sofa bed was also available and ready. This apartment faced the courtyard and was super quiet. Although the property is not in the nicest of areas, it is centrally located, 2 tram stops (3 minute walk to the tram station) from the Central Station and entrance to the old town. A bakery, supermarket and a couple restaurants are a couple of blocks away. The only disappointment was the bed. The most awful “mattress”, if you can call it that, was a thin piece of terrible foam on top of a sofa upholstery. For the cost per night, without any cleaning or change of towels or sheets included, I would expect a decent normal bed with a normal mattress.

Unfortunately, we cannot call it a smart apartment. We couldn't get into our room when we were in a hurry because the electricity was out. We waited for half an hour for the system to be fixed. It is essential that one officer stays at the hotel at all times.

unclear instruction for self check in

we spent almost 1 hour trying to figure out on the self check in. There were a few people at the lobby with the same experience. it should be clearly stated that we need to scan the QR to register our details. Then obtain the booking reference no. and use it to login in. we were trying to key in the hotel booking no. on various attempts but not successful. It got complicated bcos we booked 3 rooms and we need 3 booking reference no. other than that, the hotel is ok

Staff member entered room unannounced/room issues

The room was clean, however, there are some functional issues/ experiences worth noting. The smart TV will not let you cast from an iPhone and the English subtitles are not working. The air conditioning is extremely loud and impossible to run for long periods. Coffee machine was smoking after one use. No instructions about how to operate the room features such as external blinds. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and heated towel rail was not working. We were unable to load a physical key card on check in and had to use our phones at all times. After we checked in a member of the cleaning staff entered the room. He didn’t say who he was or what he had come into the room for, just left. We emailed the hotel and to their credit they did respond promptly, but we were not confident that this wouldn’t happen because of the defunct check in system so we slept with a chair against the door. This was one of the more expensive accomodations we booked on our trip so we were generally disappointed.

Ich kam spät an (21:30) und hatte keine Handtücher im Zimmer - Fehler können passieren. Ich rief die Hotline an und mir wurde binnen 5 min geholfen, sodass ich auch so spät abends noch Handtücher bekam. Sehr effiziente Hilfe. Ansonsten wie immer alles top

원룸 아파트먼트 스타일로 1-2명이 단기 또는 장기 투숙하는데 좋은 숙소입니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓, 빵집, 식당 등 편의시설이 밤경 100미터내에서 해결 가능합니다. 특히 트램 4개 노선 교차로에 위치한 점 수퍼역세권이 큰 장점입니다. 문의사항도 이메일 또는 전화로 친절히 그리고 빠르게 대응해주어 만족스럽다. 입구에서 셀프로 카드 발급해 모든 방문을 열 수 있어 더욱 편리했다.

Kurzreise nach Nürnberg.

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag in dem Apartment. Der Check In war unkompliziert...wir haben den Early Check In gebucht. Es hat alles super geklappt. Der Bahnhof und das Zentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist aber auch gleich um die Ecke. Rewe, Norma, Penny und ganz viele Imbisse und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war top mit großem Balkon auf den ruhigen Innenhof. Die Küchenzeile war ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ein bißchen ungünstig finde ich, dass es nur eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee gibt. Es waren zwar 2 Kapseln da, aber für die restlichen Tage hätten wir kaufen müssen und hätten dann wahrscheinlich Reste übrig gehabt. So sind wir auf Instantkaffee umgestiegen. Man muß es nur wissen. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich kann es empfehlen.
