"The room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We forgot our phone charges so we asked the front desk and they promptly arrived with 2 for us. The front desk staff and doorman were so kind. The doorman saw that I had an armful of shopping bags, so he went to the extent of pushing the elevator buttons for me so I didn't have to.
