"We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.). Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel."

We enjoyed chatting with them about where we were from and the reason for our visit, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed their work and meeting new people. What made the experience especially memorable was the personal attention to detail. Staff would greet us in the lobby and ask how our day was going, and one waiter even remembered our order from the previous evening. These small touches made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. The combination of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care created a unique atmosphere that made our visit special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Rushton Hall was a simply stunning property with beautiful original features and gorgeous bedrooms. The staff were Incredibly attentive and helpful, especially Ruby on reception. The food was excellent, and the ambience extremely peaceful and relaxing. The spa is undergoing some building works but the indoor facilities were still available. The grounds are extensive and the lake was a lovely place to simply sit and watch the local wildlife. I will definitely be returning."
