"My stay was great, comfortable and warm. My room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff were amazing, I had room service for breakfast which was lovely! Access to the sky tower was literally a 8 minute walk, 2 minutes to aotea square, entertainment at your finger tips!! Food choices left right and centre, it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore Auckland city!"

"This hotel is located in an excellent location. It's a short walk to the water where the boat tours are. It's also a short walk to the Sky Tower and the bus station. There are hundreds of restaurants and businesses nearby within walking distance. The taxi fare to and from the airport was about $95 in New Zealand dollars each way. The room was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was really good. The TV didn't have many channels, but you can use your Netflix account on the TV. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Auckland."
