"We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron out the issues"

"All was good except for one night when the water system had issues and we had brown water flow from the taps.that said, the issue was fixed in a couple of hours"

"Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Bathroom in the older rooms that have not been updated yet were mouldy and left a lot to be desired in regard to the cleaning. Rooms needed a really good clean, dust everywhere, particularly on the bed lamps. Rooms need to be better maintained. Lights kept flickering so once I gave the switches a bang a couple of times, they settled down. Room smelt as if someone had smoked a cigar in there."
