"First night I requested a blanket, I never received it. I had to flush the toilet 2-3 times before it cleared. No coffee pot in the room. I went to the hotel restaurant and paid $5 for coffee and it was Luke warm both times. The location is great and my room was facing the lake/Navy Pier. Access to Navy Pier was great."

"Great hotel in a great location (couple blocks of the magnificent mile). The hotel is very clean and the rooms are pristine, modern and cozy. Would stay here again next time I’m back in Chicago."
