"Not brilliant really I'm afraid to say. Welcome was nice enough and the guy on duty was really happy to move his car so I could park my van in the parking area. He was very kind in this respect. However the room (no 2) was quite shabby. At first glance it looked ok but look closer and it definitely needs modernisation and at the very least a deep clean and paint job. "Booked for my daughter to stay over new year. Really nice little apartment with its own bathroom (in separate room but accessible only by the occupant). Clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay in Southend!"
