"We enjoyed the grounds that are very well kept. The gas BBQ area was amazing with spectacular views. Rooms are clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have movie nights in the grounds, and various local music artists throughout the week. Music was always done by 9 or so. Great place families with kids too as they have nice pool. "Had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Room was nice. Some minor maintenance issues. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. I definitely recommend the Polynesian French Toast. Hotel was undergoing remodeling."

"Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "

"The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful so kudos to them. The restaurant situation needs work. My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out. Then another night I tried to order room service and it wasn’t available when it was still early the afternoon. Despite those hiccups it was a peaceful stay."

"They were very accommodating. We needed a ground floor room because we were traveling with seniors with physical issues. Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working but Everything else was great. Local shopping and the ocean is close."

Negatives were 1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues."

"Everything was good. The room was big enough for my family and I. The only thing we didn’t like was there was only 1 shower. Also the floor was very dirty like it wasn’t mopped at all. After showering we would walk barefoot and at the end our feet was very dirty. The master bedroom had black stuff on the sheets. I had to dust off before even getting in bed. "This is our second stay at this property and it is as beautiful as I remembered it. We were quite relaxed as soon as we checked in. We were in a studio with a Murphy bed but it wasn’t too bad as we were out most of the day. Our next door neighbors were quite noisy and we alerted the Front Desk and it was remedied quickly by putting up a sound barrier between the connecting doors.
