"Breakfast was amazing "

"I didn’t have time to use the amenities so I skipped it. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. Big kudos to them. Breakfast was good. The kielbasa was a nice surprise. The rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son. My only negative is the pet fee is extraordinarily high. $75 is not pet friendly. You have my credit card that you can charge if my chihuahuas cause damage in excess of $30. Also, most pet rooms are either all tile or laminate so if they have an accident we can clean it. But yes, I get some pets can be destructive. Bill them and let them fight it. Don’t lump every pet owner with an extraordinary “fee” to buffer the destructive pets. I’m not fond of punishing the majority for the few bad actors."

"There were no utensils also the room had no roll shade to keep the room dark I informed the front desk guy with bald head and he replied that there are two shades one in front and one right behind it when we returned Thursday evening we checked and there was no second shade. The first morning the sun was so bright when I awoke from a deep sleep I thought the room was on fire was unable to sleep comfortably due to all the light outside, we were also given a handicapp room our beds were very low we didn’t realize this was a handicapp room until we were departing, we assumed that this was the style, so overall lack of sleep was no good for us "

"This was a fun resort to stay out. Very unique design being built into the. There was construction going on near my building so I just used the adults only pool in the center of the resort. Loved the restaurant A Different View but wished they were sitting outside. We could go onto the patio for pictures though. The sunset was amazing. There was a large corporate group the first night I stayed there that was loud but the second night was more calm. Staff members were nice and responsive to questions."

"Booked one night stay, emergency trip next morning for husband which wound up 4 night hospital stay and staff was amazing at continually extending stay through the next 7 nights until we could begin travel home. Perfect location for walking back and forth to hospital and for any & everything we needed. Room was spacious & breakfast good and better than many hotels."

"I have stayed here a few times because I love the vibe, and before this last experience I had genuinely raved about the property and looked forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this most recent visit felt very off. Before going to the pool, hotel staff stopped guests to search their bags. Since I had already checked out that day and was heading to the airport later, I had my laptop bag with me containing my personal belongings. When I was asked to “check my bag,” I assumed they meant checking it for safekeeping. I politely declined because I needed access to it for work. Instead, I was firmly told, “No, I need to search through your bag.” She then proceeded to sift through my personal bag in front of other guests and my female co worker, pulling out my underwear and change of shorts while people were standing nearby waiting to be seated. It was incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly inappropriate. I can understand security measures for non-guests, but I was a paying hotel guest. What exactly was the concern — that I might have a granola bar or a bottle of water in my backpack? The entire interaction felt excessive and unnecessary. Taking this policy to this level feels completely unacceptable, especially as a professional who often stays at hotels and works remotely by the pool while traveling. Working poolside is very common for me, but exposing myself to the humiliation of having my laptop bag searched before entering is enough to make me think twice!"
