"We payed extra money for upgrade our already expensive room. The hotel didn't recognise any vip program from hotels.com or Expedia Our room after the upgrade was fine but a lot of money. The quality of the food needs improving "

"We had a great 6 night stay in a suite. Absolutely huge lounge area, bedroom and the biggest round bath ive ever seen! We had a wonderful wrap around balcony, again huge, with table chairs and 2 sunbeds. The food was varied and catered for all tastes and nationalities. The wholechotel was very clean, from rooms to all communal areas. We'd hired a car and parked just outside on the road which was easy. Highly recommend. "
