"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. "The breakfast was not all I hoped for. The free breakfast is eggs, toast and a meat. Our family has some dietary restrictions and food aversion. The foods my kids can have are not part of the free breakfast. I understand that they can’t cater to everyone but have the freebie be a voucher for a meal equal to the cost of the traditional breakfast. Give people more choices."
