"Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room...

"Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. Central location to subway and train system."

"Be careful. I booked this last minute, as a result I got no entry details. The entrance is in an alleyway and you need a code to get in. I’m so pleased it was still light when I arrived. I had to then call a number on the booking to work out how to get in. Had to try twice, eventually someone answered but had to put me through to someone else. Again grateful it was at a reasonable time, no idea what would have happened if not. Apartment was tiny, photos were very misleading! But it was clean and...

"Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London."

"Terrific location in Bloomsbury. Quiet, safe and clean. To note: the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so if you have a lot of luggage, request a room on a lower floor. Otherwise this is a very good spot and staff were very responsive."

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."

"Great location, room is fitted with laundry, AC, a kitchen, bathroom, etc which is very convenient. Housekeeping was very ontop of things, overall a very comfortable stay! There’s also a very friendly cat who hangs out around reception which was a bonus."
