"Room was gorgeous, very peaceful, and lovely bath and shower. Pub was super, and the staff attentive and helpful when needed. Pub had a great range of local beers and spirits too, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub in the evening. "

"After receiving my key and directions to my room, I was amazed at the steepness of the stairs. In the States we would call that a ladder. But the room was clean and comfortable and the attached restaurant was brilliant. The cathedral and the green were visible from my suite. It was the perfect place to stay."

"I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise."
