"It was a wonderful experience with staff that exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife ended up getting there at 10 PM and the gentleman who helped us at the front desk was kind and professional. I will absolutely stay here again when cruising out of LA."

"Very clean room and hotel. Very attentive staff and housekeeping is always cleaning around the hotel around the clock and every thing smelled amazing and clean"

"My overall stay at South Bay BW was really nice!! My 2 siblings and I stayed for 5 nights— There were plenty of amenities for us including towels and shower items! The check-in was extremely quick and I felt welcomed by the staff on arrival. A huge plus is the free parking on site!! There was plenty of room and I was given a parking pass for my car. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but I appreciated the fact that it was there! Same for the pool and hot tub. The only thing I’d...

"The hotel is located in a good area near stores and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was Ok needs a little touch up work some of the wallpaper is detaching from the wall, the shower was nice and clean, our room had 2 separate beds one of the blankets was stained clean but stained. Overall I would recommend this hotel mainly because it has free parking and a good safe location and very nice staff."

"ห้องมีกลิ่นไม่สะอาด"

"This was my second time staying there and I loved it convenient, close to stores and the beach which is a + for me and they serve continental breakfast those waffle will start your day lol…. But it a very nice and clean hotel only upset is where the parking is located, it’s hard to see alil when u are trying to leave because it’s located on the busy street. U gotta be extra careful leaving."

"Muy cómodo y muy buena atención"

"We like the appearance (layout) and location of Hotel Hermosa. When you first enter, you are greeted by a friendly staff member. The lobby is spacious with an open concept design. The outdoor patio/common area is designed to accommodate large gatherings. The pool is cozy, smaller than the average hotel pool, given the space. Our room was unique... skateboard truck coat hanger, bottle openers for drawer handles, unique poster in the bedroom and bathroom. The room bathtub was the selling...

"The rooms have been newly renovated and are nice; the AC worked well, and the fridge actually stayed cold. There is a lot of construction materials in the parking lot, making it difficult, to find parking near your room. The biggest complaint is the noise that you can hear from neighboring rooms. You can hear conversations if you have a connecting room door, and if someone has loud footsteps when they walk, you hear it from next door or upstairs. Lastly, the shower did not seem like it had been...

"Restaurant food was good and the wait / bar staff were excellent. Special shout out to Trent who was fantastic!"
