Although I would have preferred to be higher up, I accepted the change based on the information I was given. I felt extremely misled by this, as the information I was given upon arrival was clearly not an accurate representation of where the work was taking...

"Great place to stay, located in a easy to reach lots of good areas in Bangkok. Best thing after arriving at airport very easy to get to hotel by train. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has had lots of renovations and looks and feels very up market. We regularly stay here now. You won't be disappointed."

"บริการต้อนรับด้วยความสุภาพ รวดเร็ว รปภ.อำนวยความสะดวกในการจอดรถดีมาก ภาพรวมของโรงแรมสะอาด ดีมากครับ"

"The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean. The walls were very thin though so when our neighbors would get to their room and talk we could hear them. It woke us up at 3 am and we are heavy sleepers. The location is on a “party” strip."

"ห้องที่ได้มีกลิ่นกัญชาแรงมากค่ะ"

"Always reliably good, never disappoints"

"Everything from the hotel room quality to services were excellent EXCEPT that the centralized AC smelled of cigarette smoke."
