It was a great stay at Somerset! The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great in the room and in common area. There was also free tuk tuk shuttle service. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Bangkok another time.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was our second stay here the staff is unbelievably kind, thoughtful, and just an overall joy to be around. The apartments and the hotel in general are absolutely spotless, the cleaning staff are great. The reception staff is also very friendly and takes care of their guests very well. Whether it was accepting packages, deliveries, or taking me on their TukTuk service, always with a smile and excellent service. The hotel itself is located very conveniently, if you can’t decide on food outside there’s a great restaurant at the pool which I enjoyed very much, as well as the gorgeous view from the pool while dining😍
