"Clean room. The hotel feels welcoming, warm and friendly. Good buffet breakfast. Wifi worked well. Great location near transport. Really enjoyed my stay."

"The room was clean, and of a good size. Breakfast is good, however this time I did not avail of the breakfast as we don't really have large breakfasts. Location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as walking to the London Eye, and Westminster. Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's a busy tourist area on and around the bridge just be careful with your family and belongings. Nothing happened to me but I can image it easily could, and others were targeted by pick pockets in front...

"A very last minute stay for me and was very convenient for Waterloo station. The staff could not be more helpful and overall it’s a decent place to stay. Only issue were the soundproofing isn’t great and I was given an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t ideal for me."

"Good"

"The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It had everything we needed, the staff were brilliant and the room was spotless. Definitely look to stay here again."

"The room was a little small but clean and very techy with the lights. I would book here again"

"ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ใกล้ Tube สะอาด"

"We were hapoy to stay at mercure bankside. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. Its not the newest hotel, but kept clean. The location is very nice, a little bit more quiet, but city center is easy to reach also by foot. 5 min walk to bourough market and 2 mins to tate modern."
