"Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow!

"Pressed bed linens, non-squeaky spring mattress with great support and cushioned pillow top. Excellent water pressure from all faucets. Low height toilet. No assist bars for shower or tub. Bath towels are in need of an upgrade, thin and scratchy. No microwave but a bar sink, coffee pod machine and mini fridge were handy. "Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Hotel in einem top Zustand, es gab nichts zu meckern. Bar sehr angenehm mit sehr guten Drinks. Frühstück auch gut, ein bisschen teuer aber ist 5 Sterne Level. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin übernachten wenn wir nach Vancouver reisen. "
