"I was really impressed with the quality of furnishings and cleanliness. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the rain shower head and size of the shower. Starting my morning with an Illy coffee was also great!"

"Music at the bar within the hotel building was very loud during the night, thank God it stopped within an hour- before bedtime. If you have little kids that have to go to bed early I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Room is quite old & need a refresh."

"The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. "Spacious, well appointed, quiet room. My room was on the 5th floor, close to the lounge and restaurant which are also located on the 5th floor. For parking there are two choices: hotel valet parking @ $60 Cad per 24 hours, or open street level parking at $39 Cad per 24 hours. Very convenient location, many good locations within a few blocks."
