"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "Nice, quiet hotel. May not look brand new and is an old building, not to many channels to watch on TV but it's clean, affordable and comfortable! The staff is amazing, friendly and the hospitality is wonderful! They help set up taxis for you, and you receive a free buffet style breakfast every morning! Will stay here again for sure. "
