"Small B&B in a neighborhood in Bangkok but staff does goes above and beyond. Super clean, friendly staff, good set breakfast, and staff willing to do anything they can to help you. Only minor issue is you can hear everything from the streets in the bedroom. "

"Great stay with family (older children). Walkable to Iconsiam which is incredible shopping and dining. Close to other dining and shopping and entertainment. Right near the river. "
"Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
