"We stay at the villa 2 tomes. First one in a smaller villa which was great but second stay in 2 weeks in villa 1 was bad. The conditions of the rooms could be better. Shower head did not work, pool was not cleaned and cleaning could be bettter"

When we showed them the reservation number, they took a while to find it and made it seem like it was our fault. We got to our room and it was pretty dirty. There were smudges on the counter and mirror, what looked like body fluid and drink stains on the sofa and comforter. I asked for another blanket and they said it would...
