"Lovely hotel in a convenient location!"

"We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff stored our luggage. The sitting areas were clean and comfortable. We used the public restroom in the hotel to freshen up, it was dark in there, so the lighting could be brighter. Our room was small, with one King bed but was very cozy and comfortable. The security on staff after hours was friendly and informative with how to use the afterhours door and then offered us water to take to our room. They accommodated our late check out request...

"The hotel location is perfect for visiting the National Mall and museums. It was only about a 5 min. walk away. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had lots of options for food and quick eats like at the Starbucks Coffee that is part of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and looked very modern. Beds were reasonably firm with nice bedding. The metro and other train lines are close so there is some noise but nothing too disturbing. Would certainly come back."

"The location and walkability to all DC museums, monuments, etc., was exceptional!!! There were many diverse types of restaurants within just a few blocks as well. The hotel, lobby, and everything about our room was fantastic, and I will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt next time I’m in DC."
