The hotel room was nice and clean. It was the experience of getting into the hotel that was horrible. There was a strike at the casino and it took almost 2 hours to get through the line up of cars in order to check in at the hotel. We were never warned of that before arriving or we wouldnhave planned for that. We just made it to the concert. But lost hours of enjoying the hotel before the concert. We did get a voucher for room service but they forgot one of the meals and we had to wait for the other meal.
