From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, so warm, friendly, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, including some lovely thoughtful treats that made it even more memorable. The food was absolutely out of this world, every meal felt like a real experience in itself. The freestanding bath tub and marshmallow bed were truly so relaxing. And the grounds are simply stunning; such a peaceful, beautiful setting that made it the perfect place to rest and soak everything in after such a big occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon."

"What a stay! From the approach the hotel is spectacular, followed by the staff. Every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly polite and professional. I would like to call out the lady who served our drinks from the cocktail bar as well as the restaurant from the Tudor Pass, both were absolutely exceptional. One final mention of the chef at the Pass, just wow, not just the meal but the story for every plate and the link to the region and hotel.
