"Clean good location "

"Besides being in the perfect location, the staff were incredible! I had left my jewelry case in the room on departure which had thousands of dollars worth of jewelry in it. They returned it to me with absolutely nothing taken. We are so delighted at the honesty of the staff. Thankyou 😊"

"Don’t bother staying here. It is too expensive for what they offer. There are many great hotels in Banff that offer the same at a lower price. The Afternoon Tea was the worse one we’ve ever experienced. "

"Great property in an excellent location! The room layout worked perfectly for our family of four. The beds were thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the bathroom area, which almost made it feel like two separate sleeping spaces. We also loved that the sink and mirror were outside of the shower/toilet area — it made getting ready much easier for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was smaller than expected, but honestly, it was perfect. The dry sauna and outdoor fire pit gave it a cozy...

"Property is next to a construction site, we had mice in the room, however beyond that the room was clean, we had daily housekeeping, the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not happy that the amenities are on the sister property across the parking lot however I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the steam room had eucalyptus infused and I loved the jacuzzi"

"Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure."
