"Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, answering all of our questions and even helping us recover a t-shirt we had lost through the lost and found. One of my favorite moments was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Banff. "Loved the daily free breakfast, the nightly s’mores, the staff were always very nice and helpful , full set of board games and great hot tubs! Location was nice because a little less chaotic away from downtown banff but only a 10 min walk to downtown."

"Glorian was amazing. He was accommodating and friendly. He called us by name and even acknowledged us outside of the hotel. Vlad was also amazing and fun with us ! I would highly recommend this hotel"

"The location of Brewster Mountain Lodge is perfect! Right in the middle of the downtown activity. We did use their underground parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but the hike to find the Breakfast Nook took forever. If you have any walking issues, this will be a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Sking in June was a blast. The setup is simple so my daughter was able to ski and explore with no fear of separation. The hot tub was hot, the bar staff friendly. I can't wait to go back when the snow finishes melting to hike through those hills."

"To be honest the room I had the (Chinook) was horrible . The mattress was those spring types , and not firm . Ended up with back pain . The lights at the entrance inside didn’t have the globes covered . The fire place wasn’t working . The AC is those types that are fitted on the walls and it made so much noise to run it . One thing I enjoyed was the hot tub . Other than that everything looked so old and the heardboard for the bed is an old vintage style . I would not recommend this property...

"We had a great stay at the Silver Creek Lodge! The two-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and fit six adults comfortably (thanks to the sofa bed in the living room). Having a fully equipped kitchen, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a lovely balcony made our stay incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and responsive, and having elevator access directly to the underground parking was a huge plus. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit to the Rockies!"

"Expedia price and property site did not add up, we ended up paying more somehow. The cabins are very dated but we could see the property managers working heard to do upgrades. I slept on the couch. The shower was a stand up, it was very small. For me the value did not equal the experience but it is location, location, location. Banff and Canmore are not my favorite Alberta destinations."
