"I Love the idea of The Grove. The property is beautiful and the pools and waterpark were very nice and well kept. The food and restaurants were satisfying overall.I wish we would have checked out the Pier and Paddle Boats. Overall it was a good experience, but our room twice had no hot water. Maintenance was helpful and came and fixed it the first time, but then the next morning there was no hot water again and it took half the day for someone to come. The second time, they determined it was a faulty thermostat and would have to replace it. They did the temporary fix again and we were all able to take our warm showers. Our second disappointment came when we hyped our 3 children up for an evening at the arcade for our last night and when we arrived, it was closed. Signs were still outside advertising their $25 special inside the arcade and there was no sign indicating that they were closed or temporarily closed and when they intended to reopen. When we contacted the front desk, they didn’t seem aware that the arcade was closed and when they contacted us with a reason/solution it was just a generic response about how availability and hours of operation are subject to change. We ended up going offsite to a local arcade. I’d like to say I’d come back, but researching and trying out another local resort and water park would be part of my planning first."

"We stayed over Easter weekend 2026, and the hotel was fully booked! Despite how busy they were the staff was helpful and attentive. Special shout out to the staff tending to the breakfast buffet! Despite the long line the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Fun scavenger hunt activity and movies in the pool. Location was ideal for our family. Rooms were clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. 5 stars, we would definitely stay again. thank you!"
