"The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for enough bath towels for each guest in the room multiple times. Mattresses are very comfortable. The room was a great size and our room was clean but the hallway outside our room was very dirty."

"Hotel was clean had all the amenities needed. Great customer services, breakfast was good and was always ready. The outdoor pool was headed and great for children. There was always clean pool towels which was nice. There was several restaurants to eat near hotel, walking distance which was awesome. Absolutely loved this hotel."
