"Our room was very large. Three bed and three full baths easily fit our family of five. We were in building 2 which was a 10 minute walk from the pools, but outside of that everything was excellent with our stay."

"We stayed at the Sheraton Vistana for one night but we wish we could have stayed longer! The unit we stayed in was very clean and had a water view and was close to the pool. Everything we could have asked for was provided upon arrival including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. This location is fairly close to Disney Springs. The staff were super friendly, as well!"

"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."

"We stayed at this hotel in 2024 and loved it so much that we decided to come back again for spring break this year. Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. The rooms are beautiful, just like we remembered. However, the main reason we chose this hotel again was because they advertise a heated pool, something that was especially important since the weather during our spring break was chilly. Sadly, we never got to enjoy the pool. It was ice cold the entire week we were there. Staff told us that maintenance had turned the heater on, but the pool never warmed up and remained too cold to use the whole time. We saw multiple families come down to swim and quickly leave because of how cold it was. On top of that, the pool was not well maintained. There were several pieces of debris floating in the water, and there was a noticeable black ring around the shallow end where the water line sits, which made the pool look unclean. It was very frustrating because the heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel. Many other families were also complaining about the same issue during our stay. Overall, we were really disappointed this time around. While the rooms are still nice, the lack of a functioning heated pool and the poor pool maintenance made this trip very different from our first visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning."
