"The location of the hotel was excellent for access to city and walking . It was a large room for city centre. It was very busy at checkin because of the marathon weekend but staff did well. The negative was no kettle or hot drink station although the reception staff let me get one from the breakfast area one day. Only one pillow but maybe could have asked for additional one ."

"Good place to stay very quiet while we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful, reasonable bar prices. Possibly a little difficult to find after dark if travelling on foot from the tram stop. Would definitely stay again."

"1. Imagine traveling from 🇺🇸 the time difference, trying to sleep with a toddler and by 7am the sound of drilling from each room beside you. Staff say its repairs so they must proceed. Totally understand but wish there was a mention online. 2. Kept my slippers and my daughter's slippers on even in the room. The carpet is yacky! dingy!!! 3. Not much air circulation."

"Stayed for the weekend for the Manchester marathon, the hotel was fine for what we needed it for but felt the room could have been cleaner. The staff were lovely though, didn’t try the restaurant or spa facilities. Would more so say it’s a 3 star."

"The whole place has dirty carpets, 1 bed in our room had a stained sheet. The bathroom wasn't great the sink was cracked, the bath was stained and the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The staff were very helpful. The location was good we parked the car and left it on the car park plenty of room on there. We caught the bus into Manchester city centre we never had to wait long and the bus stop wasn't far from the property."

"The room I was given was on the road side as was very noisy with cars passing. Could not sleep."
