"Great value and good breakfast"

"The staff was amazing Really impressed with the room and how big it was I came with my friends Very clean I would definitely stay there again"

"First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty."

"Tout l’hébergement. J’ai fait une demande d’annulation car je ne pouvais pas partir mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse. Très décevant venant d’un hébergement comme celui-ci "

"This is a shared house doesn't state this on the post we went for our 1st wedding anniversary and in the morning at stupid time doors was getting slammed bathroom wasnt clean as thats shared"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I wasn’t accommodated. 1. There was nobody there, the whole place was deserted, simply empty. Windows opened, very dirty and dusty. There was only a phone number at the entrance, which stated call this number to check in. 2. I called the phone number and it appeared as though they weren’t even expecting me because they asked all my details afresh which included the day I booked, and reference number. The call recipient finally found it and said they tried calling me on...

"Not recommending it for family"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Great night sleep and very helpful staff."

"The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast menu was splendid especially the beans, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs. My dad requested boiled eggs and his request was accommodated. Check out was efficient. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"The property overall was very good, but, would have to question why I needed to provide photo ID?"

"Staff on the desk are absolutely lovely! So friendly and helpful. Room was so clean and so was the bedding. It was a lovely night's sleep too thank you all"

"Having been let down at the last minute by another accommodation - they had cancelled the booking when we arrived to check in - Staycity took the very last minute booking and we should have booked there in the first place! The staff were welcoming even though we arrived late with three children in tow. Everything was ready, clean and comfortable. Parking was just across the road and very reasonably priced. In the morning we were able to easily access the tram to get into the centre. Thank you to...

"Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie. Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll."
