"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. "Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"Super clean and comfortable hotel, AC was a bit wonky, would not come on and often I would have to get the front desk to reset it, and phone has no direct call to front desk, had to always go down to the lobby to talk to them. Otherwise it was superb."

"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. "Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet."

"A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful . Place was very clean. I only gave 4 stars because there are areas that do need attention . The pool was amazing but the jacuzzi didnt really work. Its also apart of the pool . Pool was cold which meant the jacuzzi is cold too no heat . The steam room unbelieveable tho.
