I had an amazing time here. Emma, the manager, was warm and welcoming. she helped me called the local bank to report the ATM that took my debit card, call the tour to Rila monastery to figure out logistics for me. I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the city. Thank you again for the wonderful service and location. The hotel is next to a local small farmer market, easy to go to the center via subway and tram. Higy recommend.
