"Fabulous location. Easy walk to sights, restaurants, shopping and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with great service. Room was a delight- so clean. Would highly recommend this place and if I ever return to Madrid- I will stay here again."

"Greeted nicely by front desk. We had a room for (2), but had (1) additional guest for one night. We were told the room didn't have room for a rollaway bed, that we'd have to pay for a separate room. We then discovered the room had a SOFABED. Either front desk wasn't aware, or they lied in order to book another room. At least the rooms were very clean, pleny of towels and toiletries! The terraces were a charming addition. We didn't know the sodas and water in the mini-fridge were...

"Excellent Stay! Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 people. Very clean, with all the amenities needed, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a modern bathroom. Balcony was soundproof - enjoyed the view but appreciated the quiet. Popular location! The area is very lively with restaurants (the crepe place downstairs is excellent!), cafes, and shops. Close to many of the best tapas and monuments. Communication was wonderful. Christian sent videos on accessing the apartment, especially since I arrived late at...
