"River hours were short. Doors of hotel rooms get stuck. Several patrons doors were open when I walked by. I hope their stuff was safe. Woman at the front desk was rude and obviously does not enjoy her job. My room was not ready even 3 hours after check in time. I had to be moved because they couldn’t get my door open. There was no hot water, only warm for showers. Food at the bar was over priced and not appetizing. Wait time was 40 min for a sandwich. Housekeeping comes around to clean your room at 8 in the morning. I was still in my room each day at that time so my room was never cleaned during my stay. There are no laundry bags for your dirty clothes. Only one small trash can in your room with no extra bags."

"After staying in three previous hotels on this trip this was disappointing. Several things were broken in the room shower base was completely off the wall. The drain hole was exactly that a hole there was no drain stop. One of the bathroom lights was replaced with that it felt like a heating lamp. A bulb in the vanity was missing completely. The main lamp light in the room did not work and the door latch was completely gone. The curtains were dirty and the grounds it self needed to be cleaned. It’s like the more you looked the more things you noticed. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Because of the door latch missing I used the room chair to block the door at night. Thankfully this was a one thing we were flying out very early in the morning so we sucked it up. But I would not come back. "

"The grounds of this property are beautiful, set on a picturesque lake with a golf course backdrop. Free fishing, paddle boats and kayaks are available, plus the pool is large and clean. The hotel itself is older and while there has been some remodeling, the rooms still have wall-mount AC units, traditional tubs, and lack a more modern design. However, the bed was comfortable and the rate was a great value. "

"The room was spacious but not clean. Socks came up dirty after walking on the floors for a few minutes. Carpet and bathroom floors were dirty. We purchased Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom floors. Filth came off on wipes. "
