The room was good, and the staff was good too. But the main reason we chose this hotel vs. others was the breakfast option. When we reached, we found that the breakfast was just one bagel and one cup of coffee. So disappointing for the kids.

We have stayed at this property regularly for several years to visit family. It has been clean, safe, convenient and pet friendly. This time, however, the clientele was much rougher, the trash cans were overflowing, people were in the walkways at two in the morning, talking and knocking on doors. Not the family friendly place we know and love. I plan to talk to the manager when she is available. But I would be careful about booking here, especially during the weekdays.

Neighbors were so noisy the entire time we were there. Pretty sure some of them LIVED at the hotel. We saw into some of the peoples rooms and they had decorations and furniture in them that were definitely not hotel fixtures. Drug deals went down in the parking lot. Dogs from upstairs were going crazy at ungodly hours of the night. At 7:30 am one of them started blasting reggaeton music at full volume. Tv was broken, The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though, so props to the cleaning staf

Your standard run of the mill hotel. We were only there to sleep then caught an early flight out. It was clean, quiet and while bottled water would have been nice, we understand that the price we paid for the area was a bargain. 🙂. Thank you!!!

Lobby super shabby, room maybe clean but really creepy, 100% saw a tiny roach on the wall in the room, chair broken, tattered upholstery, bugs flying in through cracks around the unsealed door, heard voices from guests all night. Did not feel safe. Worst breakfast presentation and food I have ever seen. The staff was nice.

location was great for on/off freeway. older building, run down. Picture of property on-line is always better, then in reality. this was a place for displaced homeless people, who had no respect for others. Loud- yelling, dogs, slamming doors, cursing, took up prime parking spots for $$$guests. Kept being woken up both nights by several inconsiderate individuals. I feel I should be compensated for the highly in convenience of the rude individuals outside, and even those next door to my room! Staff was great! I believe I saw very few actual paying guests, more less-unfortunate individuals...

Staff were friendly and check in/out was very easy. The bathroom was in pretty poor condition- lots of damage in an older shower, shower head was at chest level, shower dirty, missing a wood panel on floor, lower wall at shower slightly caving inwards. Additionally, stains on bedding and lots of stains on mattress I discussed when tucking pillows under sheet for a barrier for my toddler. The bed had the older metal frame which is fine but was sticking out creating a safety concern.
