"Room next to me had a loud dog. Other than that everything was fine"

"I stayed here with my husband during the week because I was in town for work. The property was obviously older, which we expected. However, our room wasn’t that clean and the amenities in the room were minimal. It didn’t even have outlets available next to the bed. We also ate at the restaurant because we were too tired to go anywhere else. The service was slow, and the food was just okay. We also paid for valet parking, and all they did was park our car right outside the door. There are...

"Main issue was with Expedia, not Moxy. Expedia was unwilling to resolve a charge disptute."

"Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again."

"All good"

"The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me"

"This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!"

"Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one."
