"We went to the front desk only to note that there was no front desk agent, only a security guard. He escorted us to our room. The room still had trash in the bathroom trashcan. The toilet seat was dirty and it was apparent. The bed sheets had stains. We told him and he indicated that they did not have much availability. We told him to contact a manager and he did. They gave us another room that had broken bathroom tiles and some that were missing and placed in the shower bench. The conditions...

"I had no hot water from the time we arrived until the time we left. I kept contacting the staff and got one response saying it would be fixed and nothing ever changed. The owner finally stood outside my room on Sunday and said he would refund me half and would have the hot water fixed but then the power went out around midnight and didn’t come back on until Monday at 6:19am and not a single word from the staff.
