The location is very quiet and is not too far from the district #1 which has many sightseeing spots. The apartment is clean and well organized thus we had no trouble while we stayed. "Outstanding staff! Room was clean and no mold smell. I did not pay for the breakfast but I did have dinner on rooftop and that was a very nice experience, but the food taste was meh. First night, my room on 11th floor but was too warm and the AC couldn't cool room to my desired temp, so they moved me to another room which which resolved issue. Although, I was disappointed that initially, tech said AC was working fine, but maybe higher floor gets hotter and needs more BTUs than AC can provide. Secured scooter parking is nice with 24/7 guard but it was bit nuance to have to check in/out with guard each time I came and went. Really nice hotel with great views, but location is meh. On first night when I walked to nearby local restaurants, there was NO sidewalk space whatsoever! Narrow street to walk on. But some good Mom and Pop restaurants nearby still open late were tasty and very affordable. There's no ATM nearby bc these small places only take cash. There is a convenient store nearby. But once I rented my own scooter, the location didn't bother me anymore. Also if you want the group tours, they will not pick you up at this location and you have to get to District 1. "

"none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend this place. expressed dissatisfaction to managers with no regard of helping situation. also spoke with hotels.com and they are reviewing if this accommodation will stay on their site"

"Property is dirty. Everything is outdated. We are 2 people staying for 6 nights but bathroom supplies were very poor with only 2 towels and one small roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags. Got very slow response from host when asking for more towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Location is very far from central. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Not worth it for the money. "

"Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing."
